The pool area was lovely and serene, providing a perfect space for relaxation after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcomed and well cared for during our entire stay.

No elevators. access to upper floors can be challenging.

Our group had an awesome time exploring The Children's Museum and enjoyed some live music and folk dance performances in the town. The pool area was a great spot to relax, and the staff were friendly and quick to help with our needs. The breakfast was definitely a highlight!

The bathroom setup was a bit odd, as there was no physical separation for the shower, which made the floor pretty wet after each use.

We had a large apartment-style room with two bathrooms, which was super comfy for our group. The breakfast was delicious both days, and the staff was nice and helpful. Only downside was the WiFi didn’t work well in our smaller unit, but overall it wasn't a big deal. Pool area looked inviting, too.

The staff were friendly, even managed to whip up some cocktails that impressed us at the bar. The breakfast was a hit with various options, not just your usual muffins and cereal.

I was blown away by the spacious Double Room with Two Double Beds! The beautiful breakfast room overlooking the garden and pool was a dream, complete with delicious options like fresh fruit, eggs, and even local Costa Rican dishes. Plus, the shuttle made getting to and from the airport a breeze!
